5. Government Yatra Registration
Biometric registration is mandatory under Uttarakhand Government rules for darshan at Yamunotri, Gangotri, Kedarnath and Badrinath. Where you ask us to complete this for you, we submit the identity details you provide to the official registration system. That submission is then governed by the relevant government authority’s own rules and retention practices.
6. How Long We Keep It
- Enquiries that do not become bookings — up to 24 months, so we can help if you return
- Booking and payment records — as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law
- Published reviews — until you ask us to remove them
